- Tenant must be in compliance with all conditions of the Lease Agreement
- Remove all food, debris, and other personal belongings.
- Clean (and defrost if necessary) refrigerator.
- Replace burned out light bulbs. We will charge $5.00 per bulb to replace.
- Be sure grounds and lawn are trimmed, clean, and free of weeds
- Report any and all damages in writing.
- Pay the last month’s rent in full. Rent will be prorated once keys are returned and prorated rent will be returned to tenant.
- Security deposit will only be used for damages; it is not to be used to pay the last month’s rent.
- Pay in full current and delinquent rent, legal fees, and late fees.
- Completely clean the apartment/ home: carpet, vinyl, tile, stove top, oven, oven hood, appliances, cabinets, countertops, bathroom fixtures, garage, and deck.
- Remove all personal belongings and trash from the apartment, yard, deck, and patio.
- Set heat to 60 degrees during cold months and the air to 75 during warm months.
- Fully secure the unit by locking all doors and windows.
- Return keys to Hager Rental and provide a forwarding address. Rent will continue until keys are returned to our office.
