Move-Out Procedures for Hager Rental

  1. The Tenant must be in compliance with all conditions of the Lease Agreement.
  2. All Keys must be returned. Rent will continue until keys are returned to office.
  3. The last month’s rent must be paid in full. Rent will be prorated once keys are returned and the prorated rent will be returned to the tenant.
  4. Security deposit will be used for damages; it is not to be used to pay the last month’s rent.
  5. Current and delinquent rent, legal fees, and late changes must be paid in full.
  6. Apartment must be completely cleaned: carpet (no stains), vinyl, tile, stovetop, oven, oven hood, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cabinets, countertops, bathtubs, sinks, toilets, deck, patio and porch.
  7. All personal belongings and trash must be removed from the apartment, yard, deck, and patio and hauled off or set out in appropriate containers for trash collection.
  8. Heat must be left on at least 60 degrees during the cold months.
  9. Do not touch breakers.
  10. Replace all burned out lightbulbs. We will charge $5.00 per bulb to replace.
